We’re committed to the long-term durability of your home. SK Homes provides coverage against Major Structural Defects for a full fiver years from the original date of possession. These defects encompass any issues in workmanship or materials used during construction that result in the failure of a load-bearing component. It’s important to note that basement floor slabs, driveways, and walkways are not considered load-bearing components.
